At Zerete, we value your time as much as you value our jewelry. That’s why all orders placed before 12:00 PM PST, Monday through Saturday, are shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched the following business day.

We proudly offer free 3–5 day standard shipping across all U.S. domestic orders — no minimums, no exclusions.
All shipments are processed promptly, typically within one business day, and delivered via USPS or FedEx. Your order could take up to 5 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, when available. You’ll be able to follow your delivery every step of the way using the carrier’s website.
