mixture of metals. So, we are not an alloy.

Yes. All Zerete pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, safe for even the most sensitive skin.

 

To maintain its brilliance:

  • Do not clean over a sink or area where the item could be lost.

  • Gently clean using a bowl of pure or bottled water, mild dish soap, and a soft toothbrush (including sonic brushes).

  • Avoid solvents. For tough spots, use non-toxic jewelry cleaner or visit a professional jeweler.

  • Osmium is highly scratch-resistant — so no need to worry about using a toothbrush for cleaning.

Shipping

Our online store now offers free 3-5 day shipping for US domestic addresses only, regardless of what you order.

Yes, Zaréte ships worldwide. Exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your region.

 

Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–15 business days depending on your location.

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
