This website is operated by Zerete. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zerete. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Refunds
We offer refunds on items returned within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at info@zerete.com.
For approved exchanges, we’ll guide you on how to return your item and receive a replacement. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by our support team after contacting us at info@zerete.com.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
